On the palate your heartbeat will go up a couple of notches as it was absolutely massive – huge waves of smoke followed by juicy tropical fruits and a salty, slightly dry, finish! Where did that come from? Recovered, we added water and found ourselves on the coast with smoked haddock, sweet langoustines and a Japanese seaweed salad.
