With water there’s ash-rolled goat cheese, lemon juice, smoked fish, cullen skink, deep heat, burning driftwood, a petrol station fourcourt, creosote, Mezcal and camphor. The mouth opens with big, herbal peat, as if the peat was not fully dried. Earthy, salty, cod liver oil, salty Greek yoghurt, carbon paper, frying bacon lardons, mustard, fishing nets, hot crab meat and pine resin.
