The palate is \u003cstrong\u003ewonderfully sweet and toothsome\u003c\/strong\u003e – syrup sponge and Daim bars with \u003cstrong\u003eteasing polished wood\u003c\/strong\u003e and spice coming after – nutmeg, mace, \u003cstrong\u003espiced honey\u003c\/strong\u003e and Big Red gum. The reduced nose finds plum, fruit-cake, sherry, spiced rum, \u003cstrong\u003eorange sherbet\u003c\/strong\u003e and Caramac.
