We then enjoyed a mixture of velvety rich dark chocolate covering a smooth sweet creamy passion fruit fondant centre and to spice it up a little a few pink peppercorns thrown in. A tiny drop of water and miraculously a chocolate fountain, walnut whip and treacle sponge cake appeared while on the palate beautifully sweet and nutty with candied ginger and orange peel.
