The taste was that of \u003cstrong\u003echewy pumpkin spiced caramel\u003c\/strong\u003e washed down with an Indian spiced \u003cstrong\u003eMasala chai black tea\u003c\/strong\u003e. With a drop of water we opened a \u003cstrong\u003ewooden tea chest\u003c\/strong\u003e and had toasted pita bread dipped into a \u003cstrong\u003elemon and coriander hummus\u003c\/strong\u003e spiced up with some \u003cstrong\u003eJalapeno chilli\u003c\/strong\u003e.
