On the palate, we moved on to carrot cake, peaches, honey, wine gums and coconut cream, with a warm, woody, tingling finish. The reduced nose took us to a gorse-covered hillside where we sucked contentedly on fruity shisha pipes – then someone dropped crème brûlée on his waxed leather boots.
