A tingle of horseradish sauce morphed into gooseberry tart before soft oatmeal notes merged with heather ale. A fairy’s teardrop of water delivered aromas of white chocolate and fine sawdust while floral notes continued with dried flowers. A tart edge provided the freshness of citrus oils and greengage as spicy pink peppercorns arrived with poppy seed sprinkled rye bread.
