The palate echoed the nose, minus the pens. Ripe syrupy fruits topped key lime pie, an embodiment of sunshine. Water drew the dram's nose into a vanilla-forward position, with sandalwood and cedar a precursor to pine resin, fresh orange juice, poppy seeds and lemon curd.
