Lots of notes such as yellow fruits, dessert wines, pineapple jelly and mango lassi were recorded. With water we found it became richer and breadier, with sandalwood, flower pollens and darjeeling tea. The palate was surprisingly waxy in texture, this distillery's directly fired wash still making its presence felt. We got heather honey, wildflowers, juicy fruit chewing gum and vanilla foam.
