Cancellation policy

For your convenience, your credit card details will be stored for membership subscription auto-renewal one year after your purchase. You may cancel the autorenewal process at any time by calling us at 646-844-1154 or sending an email to info@smwsa.com. Autorenewal cancelations will not affect the standing of your annual membership. There are no refunds for partial months or years. When your renewal date is approaching, you will be notified via the email address we have on file.

For memberships purchased as a gift, your credit card details will not be stored. At the end of the first year of membership, the recipient will be notified and invited to opt in to continue membership with SMWS America.
