Plenty of vanilla notes on the palate were followed by a deluge of exotic fruits such as mango, lime and pineapple and, in the finish, a pleasant hum of cinnamon and nutmeg. Adding a drop of water, we enjoyed sweet dreams of lightly toasted coconut in a maple syrup sauce covered in dark chocolate.
