After the addition of water remained very elegant, buttered croissants, apple turnover, marzipan, lime zest and maple syrup on fluffy American pancakes. With the corn driving sweetness, rye adding spice and malted barley structure, this \u003cem\u003e‘high-rye’ bourbon\u003c\/em\u003e boasts big toffee, red fruit and cinnamon spice notes. \u003cstrong\u003eCask No. B7.7 Convivial companion\u003c\/strong\u003e dials up the rye component to \u003cstrong\u003e36% rye with 60% corn and 4% malted barley\u003c\/strong\u003e.
